Monday - Find your Yin and Yang
If Saigon's hustle and bustle is starting to wear you down and you're in need of a space to unwind, center your thoughts and find your zen, Yogapod is just the place. From the tranquil lush greens to the soothing nature sounds, YogaPod offers an airy sun-lit space as well as plenty of yoga classes that cater to various styles and levels sans the fast-paced grind of HIIT classes.
Those looking for a more relaxing practice can sign up for Yogapod's morning Yin and Yang class, which helps to improve and better your posture, release connective tissues around your joints, tendons and ligaments as well as relax your mind. This is all done through a series of deep breaths and stretches. In Yin Yoga, movements are typically slower and you'll hold each posture (asana) for at least a few minute. Thankfully, you'll be able to use props such as bolsters for support.
Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility.

Price: 300,000 VND (drop-in) or 1,650,000 VND (monthly unlimited, 20% off for November)
