Partnership & Event Manager

We are expanding our network of brands, tourism partners, creators, and community leaders — and we’re looking for a Partnership & Event Manager to lead relationship building and event execution that strengthens our position as Vietnam’s go-to lifestyle and travel community.

Role Overview

As Partnership & Event Manager, you will be responsible for securing and managing strategic partnerships while also leading the planning and delivery of high-quality events — from community meetups and workshops to large-scale brand activations. You will work across both the business and creative sides to ensure our partnerships and events create memorable experiences for our audience and value for our collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify and secure partnerships with tourism boards, hospitality brands, F&B venues, event organizers, creators, educators, and community leaders.
  • Research and evaluate potential partners for audience and brand fit.
  • Negotiate collaboration agreements and deliverables to ensure mutual benefits.

Community & Influencer Collaboration

  • Recruit and engage community leaders, ambassadors, and influencers for events, content creation, and joint initiatives.
  • Build relationships with local and expat communities, interest groups, and creative professionals.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events including brand activations, festivals, workshops, photo walks, nightlife events, and community meetups.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, and partner deliverables.
  • Ensure on-brand experiences that resonate with our audience and partners.

Campaign Activation & Management

  • Work with the marketing and content teams to integrate partnerships into campaigns and events.
  • Develop creative activation ideas and deliver high-quality execution.
  • Monitor and report on performance and ROI.

Market Insight & Trend Spotting

  • Stay up to date with tourism, lifestyle, nightlife, and event trends in Vietnam.
  • Identify new partnership and event opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

  • 3+ years in sales, partnerships, event management, business development, or community engagement.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with both corporate brands and community networks.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic, results-driven approach.

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing connections within Vietnam’s tourism, hospitality, nightlife, or creative industries.
  • Experience working with tourism boards, event venues, creators, or cultural institutions.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, co-branded events, and community platforms.
