Community & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Community & Marketing Manager who is passionate about Vietnam, community building, and creating meaningful connections between people and brands. This role requires a unique balance: someone who can think strategically to design campaigns, growth initiatives, and partnerships, while also being execution-focused to implement, manage, and optimize them on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Lead community strategy across our community platform, social media, and offline events.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that increase member growth, retention, and engagement (e.g. quests, challenges, perks, events, meetups).
  • Moderate community spaces and ensure a positive, inclusive, and valuable experience for members.
  • Build strong relationships with members, ambassadors, and leaders, empowering them to contribute content and activities.

Marketing & Content Activation

  • Design and manage community-driven campaigns to boost awareness of VIA products (Passport, Quests, Events).
  • Work with the content team to source and promote user-generated content, member stories, and brand collaborations.
  • Develop email newsletters, push notifications, and in-community updates to highlight perks, events, and new resources.
  • Collaborate with SEO & digital marketing teams to align community activities with growth funnels.

Partnership & Brand Collaboration

  • Onboard and activate brand partners offering perks, discounts, and experiences to VIA members.
  • Create co-marketing campaigns with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, and education partners.
  • Report back to partners on campaign engagement and community impact.

Operations & Analytics

  • Track key community KPIs (growth, engagement rate, Passport adoption, event participation).
  • Build and refine community playbooks and SOPs for scale.
  • Experiment, measure, and improve strategies for long-term member loyalty and monetization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or partnerships (preferably in lifestyle, travel, hospitality, or media).
  • Strong understanding of community platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to balance strategy and execution – you can create big-picture campaigns and also roll up your sleeves to make them happen.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset: ability to design campaigns that excite people and measure their impact.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Vietnamese a strong plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, able to balance operations with marketing creativity.
