Itinerary

In the early morning, we will start our tour from Hanoi by modern and air-conditioned bus. Our guide tour will company you all the way. You are going to go through 110 kilometers full of magnificent rural landscapes and peaceful countryside with a short break en route.

After 3 hours of sitting on the bus, we will reach the glimmering Bai Dinh pagoda complex, the largest pagoda in Southeast Asia. Your feeling will be overflowing with serenity and solemnity. This complex is surrounded by limestone karsts and amazing views of the exquisite river valley below. Remember to wear polite clothes as we have mentioned in the “Additional Information”.

That’s all for the “super morning”! We will come to our local restaurant to savor various salacious dishes, which are all made from fresh ingredients. We also could recommend some delicious meals for vegetarians! Great lunch must satisfy everyone!

We then have a short break before starting our energetic afternoon by visiting Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex! The outstanding natural beauty of this majestic limestone massif rises 20 square kilometers dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountains are pristine natural landscapes, mystical valleys, numerous freshwater ponds, and jungles stretching as far as the eye can see.

You can book a boat here and enjoy the spacious space. free your mind with numerous wild,  natural, and mysterious caves, such as Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave, Cao Son Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, and Vu Lam Temple,…

Come up from the boat, now we will discover Mua Cave! Ready to conquer 486 steps to reach the highest point of Ngoa Long Mountain and see Mua Cave in very spectacular scenery! Do not forget to wear comfortable shoes for better walking on long distances and climbing.

It is literally many things to do and many views to watch closely on this day! Before the sun goes down, we should come off to the bus and return back to Hanoi!

Important Information

1. Bai Dinh Pagoda is magnificent and requires a lot of walking so comfortable clothes are needed. When visiting the pagoda, there are some restrictions for clothing, such as:

  • No sleeveless clothes
  • If wearing a skirt or dress, it should be below your knees.
  • If wearing shorts, they should not be short. The length should be 3/4 way to your knees or longer.

2. To be able to explore and admire the scenery at Ninh Binh Mua Cave. You will have to conquer 486 steps – fear not: there is plenty to see as you climb the mountain including natural and ancient stone architecture.

3. The road to the top of Mua Mountain is quite tricky and many rocks are loose, so you must pay attention and ensure a safe trip.

4. Guests should wear sports shoes or comfortable clothes because climbing nearly 500 steps will surely make you feel tired! Do not forget to bring a small water bottle to avoid dehydration, water bottles are also included.
