Marketing Intern (Brand & Event)

The Junior Event & Production Marketing Intern is responsible for executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create promotional activities that drive product visibility, consumer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand & marketing principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

  1. 50% Creative Productions & Implementation
  • Provide sales teams with the tools and materials to promote products effectively, including styling props, brochures, product samples, and brand promotional items.
  • Coordinate with business development team to ensure effective implementation of marketing activities.
  1. 30%  Project Management & Report
  • Maintain a pipeline of priorities and provide weekly updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day-to-day execution of those plans by coordinating between internal and partner teams. 
  • Responsible for planning and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  1. 30% Execute Activations
  • Collaborate with Top Management and other departments to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships. Identifies and resolves issues and risks
  • Define project schedule, solutions and finalize the process while monitoring progress together with the internal team
  • Ensuring agreements signed are implemented, monitoring progress and making adjustments
