The role

The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering VIA’s marketing strategies while actively engaging with our dynamic community. This role is uniquely positioned to bridge partner promotions and authentic community connections, ensuring that all marketing activities deliver both business impact and meaningful community engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, partner activations, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand & marketing principles, excellent project management skills, and a deep appreciation for how community engagement and authentic storytelling amplify business results.

Key Responsibilities

40%  Project Management & Report

  • Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day-to-day execution of those plans by coordinating between internal and external teams. 
  • Responsible for planning and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the business development team to ensure effective implementation of marketing activities.

30% Execute Activations

  • Collaborate with Top Management and other departments to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships. Identifies and resolves issues and risks.
  • Define project schedule, social content calendar, provide solutions and finalize the process while monitoring progress together with the internal team.
  • Ensuring agreements signed are implemented, monitoring progress and making adjustments.

30% Digital Content Creation, Production & Implementation

  • Research and analyze community trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into various types of content for all digital platforms that resonate with both commercial partners and the community.
  • Provide sales teams with the tools and materials to promote products effectively, such as promotional items, visual assets, and social content.
