Digital Project Manager

Job Overview:

You will be in charge of directing and supervising the organization’s effective planning, implementation, and delivery of diverse digital projects in your capacity as a digital project manager. The completion of projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and client expectations will be your main goal.


Project Management:

  •  Lead and manage end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful execution.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the COO.
  • Develop project timelines, task assignments, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.

Content Strategy and Angle:

  •  Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with brand guidelines.
  •  Identify unique content angles and storytelling approaches to enhance brand messaging and engagement.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to create compelling content.

Basic Video Production: 

  • Utilize your video editing skills to create and edit basic video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the video production process from conceptualization to post-production, ensuring the delivery of high-quality videos.


  • Capture high-quality photographs that showcase events, and brand stories, adhering to brand aesthetics and image guidelines.
  • Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency across digital channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Encouragement to have knowledge of expats, oversea Vietnamese in Vietnam, hospitality, travel.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, with a strong background in content creation, basic video production, and photography.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and photography tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative storytelling. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in content marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, fostering teamwork and innovation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.


  • Work-life balance: The fixed work schedule 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday off.
