The Role

The ideal candidate is sharp, strategic, and creatively driven – Word Wizard Extraordinaire who can align business goals with compelling content experiences across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in managing a small team of junior & intern, planning, developing, and overseeing the execution of content that engages audiences, strengthens brand positioning, and drives performance across the funnel. You should not have an issue playing between both the English and Vietnamese languages.

Key Responsibilities

  1. 30% Research & Content planning
  • Possesses a good understanding of creative mediums.
  • Develop a Unique Value Proposition, creating content and strategies that differentiate our client’s brand and marketing objectives from its competitors. This can include creating taglines, slogans, and other marketing messages communicating the client’s unique selling points. 
  • Conceptualize and gather all pre-production elements. Manage and oversee content creation for all client campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, email marketing, and more 
  1. 40% Creative Culture Expectation
  • Must be driven + always trying to better one’s own knowledge of content + self-improvement via sharing + learning. Must communicate professionally to all team members with respect + understanding of constructive criticism
  • Ability to be flexible + dive into the various creative work we required, oftentimes, thinking outside the box + delivering on dynamic results.
  • A hardworking individual who is a good planner + can work independently while always delivering on deadline. A fast and self-driven perfectionist with all completed work. 
  • Manage the content team to ensure the production plan. Create and manage content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met and content is published on schedule
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality content is produced and delivered 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, including SEO, social media, and content marketing strategies. A keen knowledge of the content industry, its latest trends + an understanding of the creative movement happening around us, all the while staying innovative 
  1. 30% Content creation & optimization
  • Develop concepts and storyboards and write script content for various types of videos (explainer, promo, and interview-style videos).
  • Consistently write and edit clear angle, content, tone, and persuasive copy for videos to help guide customers through their buyer’s journey.
  • Use data and analytics to track content performance and make recommendations for improvement. Continuously analyze and optimize content for engagement, performance, and lead generation

Key Skills and Experience

  • English skills an Intermediate level or above 
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams within the company
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with global clients and understanding cultural nuances is a plus
  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for future campaigns is a plus
